The Charlotte Skirt is a fun and easy skirt to make.

This versatile pattern comes with a Custom Fit or Standard Fit option. An optional apron and hem trim gives the opportunity for endless creativity.

The Custom Fit option gives you control of the width and length of your skirt. The sizing formula in the Custom Fit option allows you to make a skirt in any size!

The Standard Fit option (sizes 12 mo.-8 and 18” doll), allows you to use our cutting guide and eliminate measuring and math.

This skirt looks great paired with the peasant shirt, as shown in the picture on the cover.

Our patterns are intended to teach a creative way to sew beautiful and fun clothing in a limited amount of time. Quick and time-saving techniques are utilized wherever possible..

This skirt looks great paired with a Pretty Peasant shirt or a top made from our Fun and Easy Knit pattern.

Allie's Quilt Skirt

The Allie’s Quilt Skirt is my daughter Allison’s first design. She brought me a picture she drew of this multicolored skirt with trims and ribbons within some of the squares and the pom pom trim on the bottom. The skirt is made with a top yoke and elastic waist and tiers created with 5” squares. This pattern fits dolls to size 12.

The Custom Fit option gives you control of the width and length of the your skirt by choosing the number of tiers or adjusting the number of squares within the tiers. You can make a variety of sizes using our pre-calculated tiers/squares chart.
The Standard Fit option give you all the measurements you need to quickly cut and create a skirt without measurements or calculations.
We have paired this skirt with a knit shirt made from our Fun and Easy Knit Top, the Peasant Top, and a fabric flower hair pin.

We’ve paired this skirt with a knit shirt made from our Fun and Easy Knit Top/Dress and our Fabric Flower Tutorial Hair Pin.

Now Available: Handmade Skirts and CD Patterns!

We now have two new offerings. We are making CD versions of our patterns available for sale. See the link in the right sidebar for purchase instructions. The CDs are $10 ea. and include shipping (US only).

Also, we've made a few sweet little skirts for girls sizes 12 months-size 6. The skirts are $10 each (shipping included-US only). They have an elastic waist and a simple little ruffle at the bottom (except size 6). They are made from high quality cotton or cotton blends, and have professionally finished seams.
Within your purchase screen tell us which size(s) and fabric pattern(s) you'd like. The skirts are limited editions and may not be available on a regular basis.
